Matt LaCoste
Matt LaCoste
Look into the eyes of this one. Doesn't he seem sugary-sweet and docile - the kind of boy you want to fill up with cookies and milk? Underneath that darling exterior is a sharp, tough, tenacious technical Project Manager. The kind that tackles problems as ruthlessly as one beheads weeds with a machete. Yes, Matt is really nice...but if you're a project, he will own you!
Get a load of this: Monsieur LaCoste (of the California LaCostes) moved here from the San Francisco bay where he spent the past several years managing global teams, working for Google, designing management systems that increase productivity, developing web applications, and dabbling in process optimization. While he is quite handsome, the only modeling Matt has ever done is statistical modeling. One of his favorite activities is requirements analysis; if you catch him whispering "To MoSCoW! To MoSCoW!" he is not quoting Chekhov - just getting excited abot implementing ye olde MoSCoW method.
Away from the office, you can find Matt teaching himself Romance languages with the Rosetta Stone (programming languages are not as useful in the art of wooing), playing any piano he can find and practicing amateur speech therapy with his cat.
