Gaea Cecilia Saberon is the HR and Administrative Supervisor of the Promet Source office in the Philippines. She’s an accomplished senior-level HR professional with extensive experience and finely-honed abilities in talent acquisition, candidate management, employee relations, and a full range of additional HR responsibilities. Her expertise lies in successfully directing full-circle organizational recruitment and staff relations, including candidate prospecting, training and development, and performance evaluation. When she’s out of the office, she loves watching crime documentaries on Netflix, reading books, playing with her dogs, or going on an adventure with friends—trailing by the mountains or swimming by the beach. She considers herself an ambivert.
